Phyllis Diller - On Life

 Phyllis Diller

Phyllis Diller
recently put out a DVD, Goodnight, We Love You, and it's about her farewell performance in Las Vegas.

"My humor always comes from truth. And I smile a lot. I make sure I am always happy. What you look like when you are old, is what is inside you. If you're a good person and you are happy, you naturally radiate that.  When I was 40, I read a book that changed my life. THE MAGIC OF BELIEVING, by Claude Bristol. It changed my life! Read it and absorb the idea's that he puts forth in the book. You won't even think of your age or the obstacles in your way; you'll think of your dream, and how to keep focused on your dream."

"People always worry about what everyone else thinks. You don't have to worry about what they think. All you have to do is change your way of thinking.  It's your thinking that runs or ruins your life. If you decide that you are too old for this or that, then you are! And nothing comes of your dream. If you still believe in something fabulous, it will usually come to you!"

Wise words indeed! We love you Phyllis!
