Jeff Maziarek launches PonderCentral online
New found friend and local Chicagoian author Jeff Maziarek (Spirituality Simplified) has launched a blog called PonderCentral!
We met Jeff this past winter at a holiday party and encourgaed him to start a blog. "“PONDER on THIS” is a series of daily (weekday) inspirational and/or thought-provoking” email messages that began in March of 1999.
We encouraged him to start a blog - in order to share this with the world!
"Selected by me, author Jeff Maziarek, from my continually growing library of spiritual and/or personal growth books, the messages are currently received by hundreds of people all over the world. A FREE service since its inception, “PONDER on THIS” provides subscribers with meaningful content to assist them on their individual paths of spiritual growth. In addition, it benefits subscribers, authors, and publishers by including “links” to Amazon.com and other Web sites where subscribers can learn more about the book being quoted, and also purchase it. In all instances these links are provided as a convenience, and do not generate any type of compensation for Pondercentral."
Jeff had about 350+ subscribers he has gathered over the years. But now, the sky is limit, taking his thoughts and inspirational ideas to the world via the Internet!
A recent post referenced - God, as spoken to Neale Donald Walsch, in "Communion with God"
""Some people think that things happen for a reason, and so they try to discern what that reason is. Others say that certain things are ‘a sign’. So they try to understand what the sign is telling them. In one way or another, people try to find meaning in the events and experiences of their lives. Yet the fact is that nothing has any meaning at all. There is no intrinsic truth hidden in the encounters and experiences of life. Who would hide it there? And why?
If it were there for you to discover, wouldn’t it be much more efficient to make it obvious? If God had something to tell you, wouldn’t it be a lot easier (to say nothing of kinder) to simply tell you, rather than make it a mystery that you had to solve? The fact is, there is no meaning to anything, save the meaning you give it. Life is meaningless. That is difficult for many humans to accept, yet it is My greatest gift. By rendering life meaningless, I give you the opportunity to decide what anything and everything means. Out of your decisions will you define yourself in relationship to anything and everything in life.
This is, in fact, the means by which you experience Who You Choose to Be."
Stop by his new blog - and subscribe! You will be glad you did!
