Who watched Oprah's BIG GIVE?


I have to say, I love Oprah, I love the concept, but I was A LITTLE disappointed. Don't get me wrong, I had tears in my eye's and a lump in my throat, a couple times, and I will continue to watch it. But I think the show could have been better.


These reality shows really have to be good story tellers. American Idol was OK when it first launched, but by season 3 they realized if they had 3 dozen producers and directors "orchestrating" everything about the "story", what a bigger WOW  factor there could be! The BIG GIVE just didn't have that WOW factor.  BIG GIVE had a lot going on and seemed somewhat fragmented.


I am knocking the show - or the concept. I just feel with Oprah behind it,  it should have  been AMAZING. And it wasn't. That does not mean I will not watch it. I just wish it had been a little better. Even the envelope elimination at the end was disappointing....
